James J. Quail
Experienced in Personal Injury and Real Estate Laws
Born and raised in Smithtown, James J. Quail is a lifelong resident of
Long Island. He is the founding attorney at James J. Quail & Associates,
P.C., a personal injury and
real estate law firm serving Massapequa and all of Nassau County and Suffolk County. Mr. Quail
founded his practice in 2000, working and training with some of the top
attorneys in the U.S. in the last 16 years. He placed first in a national
trial competition, served as local counsel to attorneys from across the
country, and acted as a settlement agent for more than 20 banks and financial
institutions.
Real Estate Background
As a Massapequa real estate attorney, Mr. Quail is experienced in handling all types of real estate transactions involving residential, commercial, and industrial properties. He served as a longtime member of the Real Estate Property Division of the New York Bar Association and also developed lectures on financing certain properties and short sales. He has real world experience in real estate, flipping several properties over the years. Mr. Quail also holds two construction licenses.

He serves as a personal injury attorney for clients who have been involved in car accidents, slip and fall accidents, and construction accidents in Nassau County and beyond. He has served as counsel in cases where millions of dollars were recovered for injury victims. With his background in real estate and construction law, he is well-equipped to handle cases involving OSHA and other safety violations that resulted in serious injuries--specifically in Labor Law 240 cases.
